We can stir fry every type of vegetables. I am using four vegetables available in my kitchen.


Sliced vegetables and other ingredients
Stir frying in oil
Ready to serve


  1. 1 raw banana
  2. 2 medium sized potato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 brinjal
  5. 2 green chili, slit
  6. 1 inch ginger thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  8. Pinch red chili powder
  9. Pinch turmeric powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 to 3 tbsp veg.oil
  12. 1 spring curry leaves


  1. I sliced all vegetables in 1 1/2 long slices.
  2. Boiled these vegetables along with other ingredients in 1/2 cup of water in a medium flame. Brinjal needs less time to cook. So I added it in half way while cooking.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan add curry leaves and the remaining ingredients stir fry until done.
