Pumpkin has a lot of benefits. Only 15 minutes of cooking and we can get a delicious dish.
- 1/2 kg pumpkin
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 cup freshly grated coconut
- 10 shallots
- 2 green chilies
- 2 spring curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Cut Cleaned and peeled pumpkin into thinly 1 inch long slices. Then add a pinch turmeric and salt in it with enough water. Cook the ingredients and drain well.
- Heat the oil to sputter the mustard, cumin and curry leaves then add freshly grated coconut, split green chilies, thinly sliced shallots and saute until water evaporates.
- Add cooked pumpkin and salt needed . Then saute the ingredients well for them combine to together .
If you try it you will get a new experience with a different savory taste.
