INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA

Yoga not only keep us fit but also increase the mental power and concentration. Daily practice of yoga can sooth the mind from the stressful situations. It calms mind and lifts the energy. Yoga increases blood circulation, corrects our posture, builds our muscle strength and has uncountable benefits. It releases toxins, improves oxygen level, controls anger….. De-stressing effect also helps tackle addictions.

  2. Due to injuries with both knees I have never been able to try yoga. It sounds wonderful for the body!
