Sesame seeds are very good for health. We can make it with chutney, sweet balls etc.. Today i make it with a chutney.
Saute the shallots in the hot oil and keep aside to cool
Sputter the sesame seeds then add ginger to saute a while and remove from the fire. Add chili, tamarind and salt
Blend all the ingredience in a blender
- 3 tbsp sesame seed
- 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
- handful shallot
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Small piece of tamarind for taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp veg.oil
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and sputter the sesame seeds add chopped ginger saute a while and add other ingredients, do not allow to burn.
- Add chopped shallots in 1 tbsp oil and saute it into 2 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
- Add it into the blender and blend. Enjoy with dosa and boiled rice.
