The word PUDDING is derived from French word boudin. In UK and some common wealth countries PUDDING is a common dessert.
- 3 Priyoor ripe mango
- 1/2 cup milk maid
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 6 marie biscuits
- Peel the mango and cut thinly. Keep 1/4 cup sliced mango aside.
- Blend it in a blender.
- Then add soaked gelatin, sugar and milk maid and blend.
- Pour 1/2 part of mango mix in a tray and sprinkle the chopped mango on the top. Then add the balance of the blended mango.
- Refrigerate it for 2 hours and enjoy.
