MANGO PUDDING

The word PUDDING is derived from French word boudin. In UK and some common wealth countries PUDDING is a common dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 Priyoor ripe mango
  2. 1/2 cup milk maid
  3. 1 tsp gelatin
  4. 3 tbsp sugar
  5. 6 marie biscuits

METHOD

  1. Peel the mango and cut thinly. Keep 1/4 cup sliced mango aside.
  2. Blend it in a blender.
  3. Then add soaked gelatin, sugar and milk maid and blend.
  4. Pour 1/2 part of mango mix in a tray and sprinkle the chopped mango on the top. Then add the balance of the blended mango.
  5. Refrigerate it for 2 hours and enjoy.
