Oats is healthy and lot of fiber. I crushed it and make puttu.
- 1 cup oats powder
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- Salt and water
- mix little salt in the water and sprinkle it in the oats powder then make wet foamy and do not make lumps.
- First layered with grated coconut in second layer wet oats powder and middlle grated coconut like wise fulfil the put maker.
- Boil water in the puttu pot and place the puttu maker on the top. Steam it around 5 to 7 minutes.
- Oats puttu is ready to serve.
