LASSI is a classic yogurt from Indian subcontinent. In hot summer we can make different flavors of LASSI. So I made this LASSI with goose berry, mint and ginger. GOOSE BERRY has antioxidant content, beneficial to the heart, treats many health problems. GINGER reduces pain and inflamation. MINT has a cooling effect. It has calming and soothing herb.


  1. 3 goose berry
  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. Hand ful mint leaves
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 2 spring curry leaves

  1. Seed out the goose berry and nicely chop the goose berry and ginger. Add these chopped ingredients in the blender with mint, curry leaves and salt.IMG_20190410_105440
  2. Blend it with 1/2 cup of water and little yogurt.
  3. When it blends finely add the balance of yogurt to blend.
  4. Drain in a stainer.
  5. Add some ice cubes and enjoy the detoxifying and cooling effect.IMG_20190410_110820.jpg
