Normally we make pickle in a traditional way. But this is a fusion pickle and my family also likes this pickle.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pod garlic
- 2 tbsp gingelly oil
- 1 small ginger
- 1 green chili
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp vineger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sugar for taste balance
- 2 tbsp water
Remove the outer layer of garlic.Cook the garlic on the burner in a simmered flame with fork or something like that or on curdle top. When inner and outer layer is cooked remove from the fire.
Thinly chop green chili and ginger. In the heated vessel add gingelly oil then add green chili and ginger to saute till a golden color.
Add red chili powder and turmeric powder then stir for a while then add sauces vinegar and salt.
Then add the fire cooked garlic in it.
Boil one minute with 2 tbsp of water. Add a pinch of salt sugar for taste . Try this different taste.
