CAVIAR AND EGG OMLETTE

IMG_20190330_114522.jpgVery interesting dish and easy to make. Around ten minutes needed to cook.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 100g sardine caviar
  2. 2 egg
  3. 1/2 onion
  4. 1 green chili
  5. 2 tbsp grated coconut
  6. 1/2 tsp gingergralic paste
  7. Pinch turmeric
  8. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  9. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  10. 1/4 tsp all spice powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 spring curry leaves chopped
  13. 1 spring corriander leaves chopped
  14. 2 tbsp oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE BATTER

  • Clean then wash the fish egg with 1 tsp vineger with water.IMG_20190330_111322.jpg
  • Nicely chop 1 green chili, corriander leaves and onion.IMG_20190330_110820.jpg

  • Add fish egg and all other ingredients in the egg and beat well to combine.

COOKING METHOD

  1. Heat 2 table spoon of vegetable oil in the pan then pour batter in it.IMG_20190330_112411
  2. Simmer the flame and close with a lid.
  3. After two three minutes flip to the other side.
  4. Wait another three four minutes for cook.
  5. Then enjoy the delicious taste.
