IMG_20190326_063249SPINACH has lot of health benefits. It is a super food. Every day consumption reduces skin aging. Lot of iron, protein, nutrients is in SPINACH.It maintains Hair, teeth health.

WE NEED

  1. 1/2 kg fresh spinach cleaned and diced
  2. 1 cup fresh gtated coconut
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 green chili splitted
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin
  6. 1/2 tsp mustard
  7. 1 tbsp veg oil
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • In a heated pan add 1 tbsp oil with cumin and mustard for sputter.
  • After sputtering add diced onion and green chili, saute it for one minute then stir with freshly grated coconut and turmeric.
  • Add SPINACH then stir a while put little salt for taste. Close with lid then lower the flame. After 2 minutes open the lid and saute the ingredients.
  • Then whisk the egg and pour it into the SPINACH mix. Saute the ingredients when it will becomes dry.
  • Enjoy with boiled rice or chappathi.
