This recipe is used with red cabbage.
I used 1/2 kg chopped red cabbage and 1 onion chopped. Then a small piece ginger and 4 garlic cloves thinly chopped.
And afterwards saute these ingredients in a heated iron container with the help of 1 tbsp veg.oil and salt.
Then reduce the flame and cover with a lid. In between stir and in around 10 minutes my dish is ready to serve.
