CHEESE IN PANEER

This is the First time I tried making this dish. Some times  we like less spicy food.People who like less sppicy food will love this. Only less ingredients are required to prepare this dish.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup paneer sliced in to small cubes or thin long
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 2 green chili
  4. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 2 slice cheese
  7. 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  8. salt to taste
  9. 4 tbsp olive oil or veg. oil

HOW TO MAKE

Pour 2 tbsp oil in the heated pot and saute with thinly sliced onion. Saute it for two to three minutes with slitted green chili.When Onion’s color changes into something near to gold add ginger garlic paste. Stir well for a couple of minutes till an aroma is felt then switch off the fire.

IMG_20190312_122001 Then heat a pan with two tbsp oil and add the sliced paneer and saute carefully in simmered flame, otherwise it will get broken. When it will become golden in color add two slice of cheese in the paneer and saute till it melts.

Add the sauted ingredients in the paneer and mix with black pepper powder.

Add eggless mayonnaise and salt. Then pour 1 cup water (240ml) in it and allow to boil for few minutes when gravy becomes thick. Stir gently for a few seconds and remove from the fire.

Garnish with corriander  leaf. Enjoy with chappathi, nan or toast bread.

  5. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 2 slice cheese
  7.  3 tbsp mayonnaise
  8. salt to taste
  9. 4 tbsp olive oil or veg.oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add two tbsp oil in a pan to saute the onion.
  2. Until onion will become near to gold add green chili.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste till the aroma is felt remove from the fire.
  4. Add balance of oil in a pan to heat and saute the paneer till golden color.
  5. Add two slice cheese in paneer and saute till it melts.
  6. Add sauted ingredients in paneer and mix with pepper powder and mayonnaise.
  7. Pour 1 cup of water and allow to boil for few minutes.
  8. Stir gently for few seconds.
  9. Remove it and transfer in to a dish with garnish edible leaves and tomato.
