I prepared a Chinese version of Chilli Gobi with cauiflower . Adding onion, chili, flour and florets. It can be cooked under 30 minutes. Shallow fry cauliflower



  1. 1/2 kg cauliflower cut into small florets
  2. 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste tomato, soy, chili sauces
  4. pinch red chili powder
  5. oil for frying
  6. salt to taste


  1. 3 onion chopped into square shape
  2. 1 capsicum squarely chopped
  3. 1 green chili chopped
  4. 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  5. 4 clove garlic chopped

    onion, capsicum, green chili, ginger garlic, redchili powder and edible leaf.
  7. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. 1 tsp green chili sauce
  9. 2 tsp soy sauce

    Tomato, chili,soy sauce.
  10. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

    Ginger garlic paste
  11. salt to taste
  12. 3 tbsp veg.oil
  13. 1/2 tbsp cornflour

    Cornflour, all purpose flour, salt.


  1. Mix together florets, ginger garlic paste, salt and , all purpose flour with a little water.IMG_20190307_083040.jpg
  2. Heat the oil and fry over medium heat to golden color. Remove from the fire. IMG_20190307_094743Saute the onion and garlic in high flame, do not let the color change and add capsicum, green chili saute a while.IMG_20190307_095132
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp chili powder and stir fora few seconds,IMG_20190307_095253
  4. Add cauliflower, remaining sauces and salt.IMG_20190307_095425
  5. Mix well. Add 3 to 4 tbsp water in the cornflour to mix. Pour it into the CHILLI GOBI and stir a while.IMG_20190307_095622
