MINT COCONUT CHUTNEY

We make different types of chutneys in different parts of Kerela. Today I made this chutney for breakfast. We are enjoyed this chutney with dosa.

WE NEED FOR THIS MINT CHUTNEY

Roasted gram, coconut, mint leaves, green chili, tamarind, ginger, salt.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup coconut
  2. 1 cup mint
  3. 1 tbsp roasted gram (pottu kadala)
  4. 1/2 greenchili
  5. pinch of tamarind
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. salt to taste

METHOD

Chop the mint leaf. Add all the ingredients in a blender and finely blend.
