CHILLY BREAD BALLS

Actually in this dish I added chinese sauces. Truely I saying, very tasty dish.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 9 bread slices
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 100 g cabbage
  4. 4 shallots
  5. 2 spring onion
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. 7 cloves of garlic
  8. 1 green chili
  9. 1 tsp red chili powder
  10. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. 1 tsp chili sauce
  12. 1 tsp soya sauce
  13. salt
  14. oil

METHOD

Bread slices dip in the water and squeezed it.

All vegetables thinly chop seperatly.

Mix the vegetable in the bread and add pinch salt.

Make it in to lemon size balls.

Heat the oil in a paniyaram.

Then fry both sides like a golden brown colour.

Remove the excess oil in a kitchen towel.
FOR DIPING

  1. 1/2 carrot
  2. 1/2 capsicum
  3. 1 leaf of cabbage
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  6. 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. 2 tsp chili sauce
  8. 1 green chili
  9. 1 tbsp cornflour
  10. 5 clove garlic
  11. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tbsp veg.oil

METHOD

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the thinly chopped garlic, then ginger garlic paste and vegetables two to three minutes in a high flame.Add sauces.

Mix the 1 tbsp cornflour in 2 tbsp water, add it into the sauce and stir well. Remove from the fire.

This sauce pour on the balls and enjoy.
