Pineapple has a lot of health advantages. Pineapple helps skin look younger,increases bone strength, eye health, prevents free radicals damage, anti cancer elements, high amount of vitamin C and antioxidants.
I cooked pineapple with sugar and some spices. This provides an excellent taste. Pineapple lovers will never forget this delicious taste.
Bread slices, 1 kg ripe pineapple, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon and powder.
Peel and slice the pineapple then crush in a blender. Add sugar and cook in a heavy bottommed pot. When the water evaporates and it becomes thick, Remove from the fire.
Toast the bread. Then cut bread into triangle shape or suitable shape. Fill the pineapple mix in the bread and cover it with another bread.
- 1/2 loaf sliced bread
- 1kg pineapple peeled and sliced
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp powdered cardamom
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg crushed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Crush the pineapple
- Cook and evaporate the water
- Add the above mentioned powders
- Toast bread slices
- Fill the pineapple mix in the toast bread
- Slice it into desired shape.
