Some time I am confused in getting a recipe from my mind. Then I went into the kitchen to make a snack for the children with plantain.
- 1 cup ripe plantain thinly chopped
- 10 dated chopped
- 11/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 5 bread slices
- 1/2 all purpose flour
- Oil for fry
Mix the fruits with sugar. Blend the cornflakes and bread slices separately.Mix 1/2 cup all purpose flour, bread powder, pinch salt, pinch baking powder altogether to make a thick batter with milk and 1/2 tbsp of sugar.Make small balls with the fruit mix and roll it in the corn flakes and into the batter. Then deep fry in the oil.
