I made this KEBAB with chicken, vegetable and of cheese. Cheese is loaded with veggies and meat thus the result will become yummy.

￼1/4 kg cooked chicken
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 capsicum small cube size chopped
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 green chili,
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 7 garlic cloves thinly chopped
- 2 tbsp cheese
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for sauting and frying
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crums
In a pan cook boneless meat with 1/2 tsp pepper and salt. Only three minutes is needed to cook. Then blend it, do not blend too much. Keep it aside. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a tawa then add sliced onion, gingergarlic, green chill and stir for one minutes then put the pepper, carrot, capsicum, chicken,
cheese, salt one by one. Saute it for two to three minutes. Switch off the fire. Then the mixed ingredients will become warm. Take the small portion and make round shape in the palm into half inch thickness.
We will get 12 to 15 numbers as per size.
Then beat the egg and dip the KEBABS in it and roll it in the bread crumbs.
Then heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan. Carefully drop the cutlets in the oil and deep fry both sides.
Serve it hot with ketchep.
