Various types of KEBABS are available in Asia. Different spices are added in the KEBAB with variety shapes and the juicy texture every one likes. I am very glad to say my family love this dish.
100g cooked fish splitted, 2 medium potato cooked and mashed, Capsicum chopped, Garlic, Pepper, Cheese, Cornflakes, Salt, Oil,
FOR BATTER:- All purpose flour, cornflour,salt.
Cook the flesh fish with a pinch of chili, pepper and salt. Then split it. Heat the pan with oil add chopped capsicum, garlic then saute a while when add mashed potato, splitted fish, pepper powder, cornflakes and salt. Saute it and remove from the fire to keep for cooling. After cooling make the mix into a small ball and flatten it. Place Small pieces of cheese in the centre and fold it to make a shape.
Add all purpose flour and cornflour in a bowl with little salt. Pour water to make a thick batter.Heat the oil in a tawa, then dip the cutlets on the batter and deep fry in a simmered flame. Enjoy with ketchep.
