This variety dessert has a yummy taste. Everybody likes it Because of its flavour , I accompanied this dish with mint leaves. The leaf is good for our stomach. Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid an upset stomach.

Mint is used to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow and may support healthy cholestorol levels.

Cook. Time : 15 minutes

Only less ingredients are needed:-

1 small pineapple chopped lengthwise

4 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp non diary whipping cream

1 spring mint leaf

1 tbsp butter

Pinch cinnamon powder




Add 4 tbsp sugar and butter in a heavy bottom pan and put the pieces of pineapple to cook till a golden brown color is attained on both sides.


It will take 2 to 3 minutes. Cook different batches and close these in an aluminium foil paper to keep it heated.

Then place it on the plate and pour the whipping cream on the top then spread the pinch of cinnamon powder and mint leaves.


Try it and enjoy.


  1. 1 small pineapple
  2. 3 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 3 tbsp whipping cream
  5. Pinch cinnaman powder
  6. 1 spring mint leaves.
