This dish is healthwise good. Only Less meat is added in the rice.


  1. 1/4 kg beef thinly chopped
  2. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  3. 1 tbsp chili sauce
  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 cup biriyani rice soaked in water
  7. 1/2 bunch corriander leaves
  8. 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  9. 1 green chili
  10. 1 tsp ginger chopped
  11. 1 tsp garlic chopped
  12. 6 shallots
  13. 1 tbsp ghee
  14. 1 tbsp oil
  15. 2 onion chopped
  16. 1 green chili thinly chopped
  17. 1 tsp all spice powder
  18. Salt to taste


Cook 1/4 kg beef thinly chopped with 2 to 5 ingredients in one cup of water. Strain the water from the cooked beef. Then blend it and Keep aside.

Add the soaked rice in the beef and cooked water plus one cup of water. And allow to cook. After It has become 80% cooked then switch off the fire when it is dry.


Heat the ghee in the pan and saute the onion and green chili. When it becomes golden add the blended beef in it with little salt. Saute a while then add all spice powder and remove from the fire.

In the same pan pour 1/2 tbsp ghee and oil, then add cooked rice , blended leaf ingredients and a pinch of salt and stir carefully.

Take half of the rice from the pan, spread the beef mix in the pan on the top of the rice then spread the rest of the rice on the top of the layer and add little oil. Close with a lid and allow it to cook for two to three minutes. Serve it hot and enjoy.
