Most of the time I make traditional food. A change of test is brings delight to our taste buds Especially children prefer a change of taste. This dish is very simple to make.
- 3 egg
- 200g minced chicken
- 1 onion thinly chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1inch ginger chopped
- 1 tsp gingergarlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder & pinch chili powder
- 1tsp all spice powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 spring curry leaves chopped
- Pinch turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Beat the minced meat and egg. Then mix rest of all the ingredients together one by one.
Heat a pan with oil and pour the mix in the pan. Close with lid and cook in a low flame. After oneside is cooked flip it and cook with the lid down.
Remove it from the fire and enjoy with ketchup.
