BREAD HALWA

Easy to prepare with less ingredients

Prep. Time – 5 minutes

Cook. Time – 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Bread – 6 slices
Sugar – 1/2 cup or to taste

Milk – 2 cups
Oil – 1/2 cup if need less reduce it

Ghee – 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

METHOD

Remove the crust and chop it into small pieces.

Heat a pan and in chopped bread in the oil or ghee and fry till golden brown.

Now add in milk and mix well. Keep cooking till it thickens.

 

Serve it and enjoy.
