Egg is healthy. This dish is not hot but elegant and easy.


  1. 5 boiled egg
  2. 2 tbsp coconut oil
  3. 1/2 tsp mustard
  4. 2 spring curry leaves
  5. 2 onion chopped
  6. 2 green chili slitted
  7. 2 tsp ginger garlic
  8. 1 tbsp vegetable curry powder
  9. 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  10. 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  11. 1/2 tomato


Cut Boiled egg into four pieces.

Pour oil in a heated pan and put the mustard and curry leaves to sputter. Add onion then saute well for little color changing, put sliced tomato then add the curry powder and all spice powder and just saute a while,

Add the required water salt and mayonnaise to stir

And add egg pieces and stir gently.

When Gravy becomes thick remove it from the fire.
