Making Chili potato is very simple and only a less amount of ingredients are needed. Both Children and aged like this.
1 cup potato chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tbsp garlic chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp crushed gingergarlic
2 tbsp oil
Add two table spoon of oil in the heated pan then add potato, onion, gingergarlic, chili powder and pinch of salt in the pan to saute for a while,
Then close with lid and simmer the fire. In between saute it.
When it is cooked pour the sauces in the pan and stir well.
If available add corriander leaves in it and enjoy its different taste.
