EASY VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Very simple ingredients are required to make this FRIED RICE.

Prep. time : 15 minutes

Cook. time : 15 minutes

Serving : 4

INGREDIENTS

4 cup boiled rice

1 onion chopped

1/2 tbsp ginger chopped

1 green chilly chopped

1 carrot chopped

5 beans chopped

1 capsicum chopped

1 tbsp soya sauce

1/4 tbsp black pepper powder

Salt to taste

3 tbsp oil

METHOD OF MAKING

Heat the heavy bottom pan to heat oil and add onion the saute it for a while then add ginger and vegetables then saute for four minutes do not let the vegetables lose the original colour

Then add boiled rice, boil with a little salt.

Add garam masala, pepper powder, salt

Then soy sauce. Mix it well.

Wait for one minute then remove from fire. Garnish with lettuce

Enjoy with pappad and pickle or some other dishes.
