OATS BANANA PORRIDGE

img-20181201-wa0019-1138794647.jpgWe are able to cook different types of porridge. Taking  less food at Dinner will give us comfortable sleep. Healthwise this recipe is very good for every one.

WE NEED

1 banana

3/4 cup oats

1/4 cup milk

Pinch cumin powder

Salt to taste

Prep.Time: 5 minutes

Cook.Time: 7 minutes

Serving      : 4

Thinly chopped banana

Pour two cup water in a pan and then add chopped banana, oats and little salt. Switch on the stove to cook this ingredients, and stir continueously.

When it become thick add milk and cumin. Cumin is optional.

Remove from the fire and enjoy.
