1 spring curry leaves

METHOD OF COOKING
First we have to fry grated coconut and fennel with 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan.
When the Coconut’s colour changes into brown remove it from the fire and keep it aside.
Heat the balance oil in a pan and add curry leaves,
Let the curry leaves sputter, green chilli, ginger, garlic add one by one into the pan and saute well.
When the onion’s colour changes into golden, simmer the flame and put the garam masala, pepper and turmeric powder in it.
stir well then add chicken
Saute all the ingredients for five minutes then add the fried coconut mix
and saute for a while then remove it from the fire.
This recipe is like a chettinadan dish. Enjoy this hot taste.
