WHEAT CARROT CAKE


We are awaiting for X’mas celebrations. So I am going to make a usual cake with different ingredients.

11/2 cup wheat

1 cup grated carrot

3 egg

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup desicated coconut

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup curd

1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp soda bicarb

2 tsp vanila essence

1 tsp nutmeg juice

Preparation – Easy

Time – 45 to 1 hour

Serving – According to the hunger

METHOD

Sieve the wheat,baking powder and soda bicarbonate two three times.

Caramalise 1/4 cup the sugar and add the grated carrot into the sugar then saute for two to three minutes.

Beat Egg well after add the sugar and beat it to foam.

Add oil, vanila essence, nutmeg juice

And curd one by one

Add wheat powder slowly then mix.

Add caramelised carrot

and dessicated coconut then fold clockwise

Add the batter into a greased cake tin.

Bake in 45 to 60 minutes in 180 degree pre heated oven. Enjoy superb taste.
