Most of South Indians eat this egg bonda, it is preferred as a tea time snack.
Boil the egg and dip it in a special batter and deep fry until it gets a golden colour.
PREPARATION – EASY

SERVING – 2 TO 4
WE HAVE TO NEED
1/2 cup besan flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp meat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Pinch baking soda
Mix All the above ingredients and make a thick batter.
Boil the egg
Remove the shells and cut into two pieces
Dip the egg into the thick batter
Fully dip the white coloured part in batter. And carefully drop the white coloured part in the hot oil. Other wise white part will start to sputter.
Flip the other side and fry until golden.
Enjoy with onion salad.
