OATVEG CUTLET

imple but delicious and mouth watering ,by adding only vegetables and oats.

Actually I decided to slice the vegetables to make thoran for side dish of lunch. But suddenly I thought about todays snack, then I converted my idea to oatveg cutlet.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup beans, cabbage & onion thinly chopped

1 carrot grated

2 potato boiled and smashed

3/4 cup oats

1 chilly chopped

1/2 cup corriander leaves & curry leaves chopped

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Mix All the above ingredients well except oil. Keep aside for half an hour.

FOR BATTER

1/2 cup besan flour

1/2 tsp chilly powder

pinch soda powder

pinch salt

Mix Besan flour, chilli powder, pinch sodium bicarb, pinch salt, to make a batter with water.

Make the vegetable mix to form flsmall balls and flatten them into round cutlet shape. Around nineteen cutlets can be made.

Dip into the batter then deep fry in oil.

Enjoy with sauce or chutneys.
