VEG.CHICKEN IN SAUCE


Normally every home has a monthly financial budget. Some time we have to balance spending. This time we have to make less meat with vegetable this trick is very useful to overcome the situation and every one will be satisfied. This is my idea, we have to add less chicken and more vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

2 carrot sliced

2 onion chopped

4 beans chopped

100 g cabbage sliced

1/2 capsicum sliced

1 tomato chopped

1 tbsp ginger chopped

1 tbsp garlic chopped

1/2 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp gingergarlic paste

Oil
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Add 1/4 tsp soy, tomato, chilli sauces, 1/4 tsp gingergarlic into the chicken pieces for marination.

Add two table spoon vegetable in the pan to heat, then onion, ginger, garlic saute then chilli powder. Add vegetables ecxept capsicum.

Stir vegetable and add gingergarlic paste saute it two minutes then capsicum saute a while and add the sauces as requirement and salt.

Remove from the fire and keep aside.

Take another pan, pour one tbsp veg.oil to heat and add chicken in stir it. Need only two or three minutes for cook.

Add the vegetables in the chicken and if you like hot food sprinkle little pepper powder in it.
