FRUIT FALOODA

While walking in the hot season we have to cool down in order to relax. So today I am making FALOODA for you to relax. I got this idea from a recipe book and there is also a little twist from my part.

METHOD

4 tbsp corn flour

1 cup water

Dissolve cornflour in the water and cook to thicken the paste. Press through string hopper mould into ice cold water.

SYRUP

4 cup water

2 desert spoon lime juice

2 cup water

1 tsp red color

1 tsp rose essence

Boil sugar, water and lime juice till it lightly coats the back of the spoon. When cold, add the color if need and rose essence.

ICE CREAM

1 beaten eggimg-20181025-wa0030277838038.jpg1 cup milk

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp rose essenceimg-20181029-wa00451855379836.jpg

Mix milk, egg and sugar then double boil it to make custard. When cold add the essence and freeze to set.

FRUITS

1 pomogranate

2 apple cut into small pieces

1 ripe banana finely chopped

1/2 cup fresh cream

1 tsp black cumin (sabja)

Finely chopped banana cook with 1 table spoon sugar and little water. Cooking removes the stain.

I am arranging the layers of FRUIT FALOODA in this way.

Starting with the bottom layer 1 tbsp FALOODA, 1 tbsp rose syrup, 2 tbsp apple and pomogranate, 2 tbsp rose syrup, 2 tbsp sliced banana, 2 tbsp soaked sabja, mixed fruit jam, 1 tbsp ice cream.

TIP:- Adding of fruit jelly’s make tastier.
