Easy recipe for fish kebab ensures crispy outside, soft centre and deliciousness.

200 gm cooked fish fillet

1 smashed potato

1 onion finely chopped

1 tsp ginger chopped

1 tsp garlic chopped

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 egg beated

Bread crumbs

Oil

Onion, green chilli, gingergarlic saute with oil in a heating pan after a while add garam masala, pepper powder and leaves.

Remove it from the flame and keep aside. Cook the fish with salt and turmeric and mash it. Add lemon juice and potato then mix with sauted ingredients and salt.

Roll equal proportion to dip the beated egg then bread crumbs.

Heat the oil and fry rolls.
