Every three to four days in a week we are enjoing with dosa and idli. Sambar accompanied with this breakfast and sometimes accompaniment with tomato chutney.
So I will share my tomato chutney recipe.
Cut into pieces
3 chopped large onion
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3 Spring curry leaves and 5 spring corriander leaves
Saute 1 tbsp chilli powder and all ingredients in the oil just a minute and remove it from the fire.
Blend it well
Heat 3 to 4 table spoon oil in a pan and pour the blended ingredients in the pan to fry till the oil separates. Add salt and sugar for balancing the taste.
Remove from the fire. Garnish with shallots and curry leaves. Try to enjoy with idli and dosa.
