Interesting recipe, children always like this. My first time experience in making pizza base. It was Very successful . Today we enjoyed this delightful pizza.
We can make different type of topping on the pizza base.
The tricky part when cooking pizza on the stove top is making sure the crust gets baked but doesn’t start to burn.
DOUGH PREPARATION 1 HOUR
1 envelop active dry yeast (1/4 ounce)
1 tbsp sugar
Olive oil or veg.oil
2 cup Unbleached purpose flour
salt for taste
Pour 3/4 cup warm water into a large bowl sprinkle with yeast, sugar and let it stand until foamy.
Whisk oil and salt into yeast mixture, add flour to mix until a sticky dough forms.Transfer dough in a oiled bowl and brush top with oil. Cover bowl with a plastic wrap and set aside in a free place. Until dough has doubled bulk about one hour. Turn out into a smooth surface and gently knead.
TIME 25 – 30 MINUTES
I am using
1 big onion
1/2 cup cooked chicken in pepper and garlic (julien cut)
Saute all ingredients in a pan with oil
ginger garlic paste
Cheese depends on our need
Grease the pan before rolling dough and baking pizza.
Roll out the pizza dough
Heat the pan
Cook the pizza for one minute
Flip the crust and add the toppings
Cover and reduce the heat
Cook the pizza for another four to five minutes
Remove from the fire to a cutting board and enjoy
