HOT CRISPY CHICKEN FRY

Oats and cornflour crusted chicken tenders are delightfully crunchy. Small to old one like this recipe. So I am sharing here.

PREPARATION – EASY

MARINATION – 2 HOURS

ENOUGH FOR 2 PERSON

INGREDIENTS

7 medium chicken pieces

2 tbsp oats

2 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp all purpose flour

1 1/2 tbsp pepper powder

1 tbsp chilli powder

1/2 tbsp corriander powder

1 1/2 soy sauce

Salt for taste

Half of the all ingredients mix together apply on the chicken to marinate it for two hours.

Mix the balance of the ingredients with the powders and oats.

Break one or two eggs into a bowl and beat it then dip the marinated chicken in the egg and coated with mixed flour.

Heat the oil in deep bottom pan you can either deep fry or shallow fry. Cook it until it becomes golden brown colour.

HSS SAUCE

10 cloves of chopped garlic

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce

1 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tbsp honey

Heat oil and add garlic to saute it well, then red chilli sauce mix it well then half cup of water add soy sauce, pepper, salt saute a while and lastly add honey.

Serve hot. Dip in sauce and mayonnaise to enjoy.
