Today my special snack, I am going to share.We will get a different enjoyable taste.
Dark chocolate is very nutritious, powerful source of antioxidants, improves blood flow and lowers blood pressure, raises HDL and protect LDL from oxidation. One study from 2010 shows that small dose of dark chocolate could decrease the risk of heart attack and stroke by nearly 40%.
Sweet plantain has nutritional power filled with vitamin A and C, minerals and a healthy helping of fiber.
PREPARATION – EASY
TIME 15 – 20
Ripe Plantain – 4
Butter – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Melted Dark chocolate – 50 g
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp
Nut mace powder – pinch
Plantain cut into four pieces.
Heat butter and ghee to shallow fry plantain. Remove from the fire.
Mix the melted dark choco and cinnamon. Pour it on the fried plantain.
Tasty delight is ready.
