PUDDING WITH DARK CHOCOLATE FRUIT BREAD

We always like sweet dishes. We have to take sweets in a moderate way. This is Very easy to prepare.

FOR PUDDING

1/2 ltre milk

2 eggs

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tsp vanila essence

Beat the egg and mix with the cold milk and sugar, cornflour then double boil in a heavy bottom pan. Stir constantly bring and to boil. Simmer it till it thickens, add 1 tsp vanila essence. Remove from fire to let it cool.

FOR FILLING

5 bread pieces

1 cup milk

2 green ripe banana

1 yellow ripe banana

1 cup dark chocolate (8tbsp)

Soak the bread into the milk and fill it into a square or rectangle dish. Spread the chopped yellow banana on the top then add the dark chocolate and on the top pudding then green ripe bananas chopped and then top with dark chocolate and on the top fill with pudding.

Cover tightly with thin film foil paper and keep it in refrigerator for three hours.
