KERALA’S KOTHIYOORUM BEEF FRY

Amazing recipe is this, once you try this recipe never forget it.

A three ounce of beef is an excellent source of protein, zinc, vitanin B12, selenium and phosphrous.

It provides at least 20% of the daily value for these nutrients. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and various other nutrients.

Some red meats are high in saturated fat, which raises blood cholesterol.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp corriander powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Boil all the above ingtedients till the meat is cooked and a little gravy is left.

FOR SEASONING

1 onion

6 shallots chopped

1 green chilli slitted

1/2 tbsp ginger chopped

1/2 tbsp pepper powder

1/2 tbsp gingergarlic paste

1/2 tbsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

3 tbsp coconut oil

2 spring curry leaves

 

img-20180926-wa0019-1331025985.jpgHeat the oil in a tawa to fry coconut in golden and remove from fire then pet it sputter the curry leaves. Add chopped onion, shallots,slitted green chilli and gingergarlic then saute in a medium flame and it comes to golden add the gingergarlic paste then powders, coconut and beef in it then saute well. Switch off when the colour of the beef becomes dark.

Blasting tasty beef fry ready to serve.
