INGREDIENTS WE NEEDED
30 soyachunks
1 cup besan flour
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 pinch asafotida powder
3 tbsp mint, corriander, curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
SIMPLE TO PREPARE
Boil the water and soak the soya in it. After half an hour squeeze the soya, then steam it with salt. If you like small pieces, cut it into half. Mix same ingredients for marination.
Make a batter with besan powder and mix the above ingredients.
Heat the oil and fry soya one by one. Serve hot accompanied with white rice, pickle and curd.
