CHICKEN POTATO CUTLET & CHICKEN BANANA CUTLET

I did a new version of cutlet. That version like my children. So I am sharing here.

CHICKEN POTATO CUTLET

1/4 kg Minced meat

1 Potato smashed

1 Onion finely chopped

1 tbsp Tomato chopped

1/2 Green chilli finely chopped

Potato, minced chicken, sliced onion

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp Garam masala

Curry leaves & corriander leaves

Oil and salt

2 table spoon oil heat in a pan to add onion, green chilli, gingergarlic and tomato in a low flame till golden. Add the minced chicken garam masala, pepper and salt then cook for one minute, when the chicken cooked add the smashed potato. Stir it well. Keep it for cool.

Take one table spoon of each mixture and roll it into the round shape and fry in hot oil in tawa.

CHICKEN BANANA CUTLET

WE NEED

1/4 Kg chicken cut into small boneless

1 raw banana cut into small cubes

1 onion sliced

1/2 green chillt cut into small

1/2 tomato chopped

1/2 tbsp chopped gingergarlic

1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tbsp chilli powder

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Curry leaves & corriander leaves two spring

Salt & oil

PREPARATION

Heat the oil to sputter curry leaves and corriander leaves. Add the onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic, tomato saute well. Then gingergarlic paste, chilly powder, pepper powder, garam masala turmeric and saute a low flame for half minute. Add the chicken and banana pieces, salt and stir a minute. Add the little water for cooking. And cook till done. Leave the gravy is thick and water evaporated. Let it to cool.

Blend the cooked mix. Then make equal propotion into small oval shape. Deep fry in the oil and enjoy with salads.
