ANCHOVY PEERA (NETHOLI PATTICHATH)

Anchovy is rich in nutrients. Health bebefits in the form of fatty acids and proteins. Use of Brindle berry is loss the weight.

1/4 kg Anchovy, 5 Green chilli, 10 no Small onion, 2 cup Grated coconut, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 sliced Brindle berry, 6 Raw mango small cube pieces, 1 spring Curry leaves, Salt for taste, Coconut oil.

Anchovy Peera

Mix together all the ingredients with hand except ANCHOVY. Then add the anchovy with enough water and cook. Until water reduced pour coconut oil in it and saute it. Switch off the fire.

Anchovy peera’s sour, hot, salt taste will stimulate our tongue to feed more food.
