PANEER PAKODA

This paneer pakoda is a very tasty snck and perfect for evening tea.

Ingredients

Crumbled Paneer  1 cup Bengal gram flour 1/2 cup Rice flour 1/4 cup Onion sliced 1 cup

Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Broken cashewnuts 1 tbsp Chopped corriander leaves 1 tbsp Salt to taste

Oil to fry

Preparation

Crumble the paneer without any lumps. Mix  all  ingredients. Add little oil and sprinkle water if necessary. Fry the pakodas. Shape as you like. I did only round shaped. Serve with chutneys or tomato sauce.
