Jack fruit is a big fruit and a thorny projection outside and inside sweet and tasty flesh. Jack fruit has good source of fibre, raw jack fruit dishes gives our health defferent sources of vitamines.
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
Boil 2 cup of water with a pinch salt, then make a dough with rice powder as requirment. Keep aside.
2 cup Jackfruit flesh cut into small slices just 1 minute cooked1 cup jaggery 1 cup grated coconut 1 tbsp cardamom powder cook and saute the above ingredience in a thick consistancy with ghee.
Cut the banana leaves into square pieces and thinly spread the rice mix in the banana leaf. Place the jack fruit mix on the top of the spread then cover it.
Boil water in a steamer and carefully place the adas in the steamer. Then allow to cook fifteen minutes. Delicious ada is ready to serve.
