POTATO WITH BUTTER ( ALOO MAKHANI)

North Indian dish Aloo makhani,its creamy buttery taste food lovers always love. I tried this, an excellent dish. Every one like’s this recipe I am sharing to you.

Always in rich dishes more ingredients needed.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg potato 2 onion chopped

Blended onion

2tbsp butter

4 green chilli

1 piece ginger

5 garlic cloves

2 tomato chopped

1/2 tsp chilli powder

2 tbsp cashew nuts paste

1cup coconut milk

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 cup corriander leaves

salt to taste

2 tbsp fresh cream

PREPARATION

Boil the potato and peel. Then cut it into cube size. Fry chopped onion, green chilli gingergarlic in butter. Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder and 1 cup of water. Let it to make get thick. Pour cashew nut paste and coconut milk into the masala.

Then add potatoes, garam masala, pepper, salt, corriander leaves and 1/2 cup of boiling water. Add the cream and remove from the fire. If you like hot taste add 2,3 green chillies.

Serve and enjoy with chappathy, naan, white rice…
