BREAD WADA

 

So many types of wadas are available in South India. Today I am making bread wada for you.

2 large onion

3 green chillies

7 bread slices

2 tsp floure

salt for taste

oil for fry

Cut onions into small pieces. Chillies should be cut into round pieces and should be fine.

Mix all the above ingredients into a soft dough. Sprinkle a few drops of water for smoothness. Add flour and salt.

Make small balls and flatten them like wada and fry in oil. Serve and enjoy with chutney.

MINT CHUTNEY

1/2 cup coconut

1 cup mint

1 inch small ginger

1/2 green chilli

1 spring curry leaves

Salt for taste

Blend all together into a smooth cosistency.
