Chicken Curry

Chicken 1 kg

Veg.Oil 3 table spoon

Mustard 1 tea spoon

Onion 3 no

Ginger 1 piece

Garlic 1 clove

Termeric powder pinch

Tomatto 1

Gingergarlic paste 1 teaspoon

Cashewnut Paste if needed


Cut the chicken small pieces and clean, keep aside. Place the pan on the fire. Pour veg. oil in the pan and add some mustard then add sliced onion, ginger, turmeric garlic,slitted 1 long green chilly and curry leaves mixed well and cooked in goldenbrown then add potato pieces, sliced tomato and gingergarlic paste and garammasala, pepper. After put chicken pieces into the mix and add salt and water, all ingredience mixed well and cook 5 minutes. If gravy comes to thicken add cashew paste in the chicken. Tasty chicken curry ready.
