Ivy gourd contains thiamine. The nutrient thaimine stimulates blood plasma to become more active. It also helps the blood cells to grow.
Ivy gourd 1/2 kg
Chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Turmeric 1/4 tea spoon
Salt for taste
Veg. Oil 2table spoon
Chop the ivy gourd into thin round pieces. Mix with the above ingredients except oil.
Heat oil in a pan and add the ivy gourd mix in the pan, simmer the fire. Saute well and allow it to cook. When the Ivy gourds colour changes to golden. Remove it from fire.
Vitamine K is absorbed from green plants like spinach and cabbage.
