Ripe Plantain With Ghee

Both Children and old like this snack. Plantains are a rich source of fiber and it contains vitamin A, C and B6, potassium also.

Ingredients

Ripe plantain                    2

Ghee                                   3 table spoon

Evenly cut the ripe plantain into pieces. Place a tawa on the fire to heat with ghee. Then simmer the fire and spread the cut plantain on the tawa and fry the fruit both sides in golden brown.

If you have want more sugar to taste sprinkle sugar on the top. Yummy plantain is ready to eat.
